  • Proof of Address (PoA):

    • Utility bills (electricity, water, or gas) not more than three months old

    • Employer certificate in case of salaried individuals
  • Proof of Date of Birth (DoB):

  • Photographs:

    • Registration number issued by the Charity Commissioner
  • Foreign Nationals:

    • Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card
    • Other relevant documents as specified by the Income Tax Department

PAN Card Application Process:

  1. Online Application:
  • Visit the official NSDL or UTIITSL website to fill the PAN card application form (Form 49A for individuals and Form 49AA for entities).
    • Submit the documents along with the application form.
  • Offline Application:
  • Obtain Form 49A or 49AA from authorized PAN service centers, UTIITSL or NSDL offices.
    • Fill the form and submit it along with the required documents at the designated centers.
  • Payment of Fee:
  • Pay the applicable fee for PAN card processing. The fee varies based on the communication address (within or outside India).
  • Acknowledgment and Tracking:
  • After submission, an acknowledgment receipt with a 15-digit acknowledgment number is provided. Use acknowledgment number to track the status of your PAN card
